$2,495 CAD setupplus $395 CAD per month, plus GSTYou make and post your own videos. I set up the workflow and keep it working. Gold is limited to five clients at a time.
What else you'll need. Bronze needs one AI subscription (about $20 USD a month, ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro) and a meeting recorder. Silver may add a Meta business profile for lead replies. Gold adds a HeyGen plan. These are billed by each provider, not by me. I'll confirm the exact list on your free call.
Supported tools. I support a reviewed list of tools and add new ones once I have tested them, so your setup stays reliable.
New tools. Keeping your current setup working is included every month. When a new AI tool is worth adding, I'll write a short plan showing what it does, what it costs and how long it takes to install, and quote it before any work starts. Nothing is added without your OK.

I retired my licence in May 2026 to help REALTOR®s use AI where it genuinely helps, and leave it out where it does not. I set up every REALClarity workflow in your accounts myself, and show you how it works.

What REALTOR®s ask me.
Does REALClarity replace my CRM?
No. REALClarity does not replace your CRM. It works alongside the tools you already use, such as Follow Up Boss, LionDesk or kvCORE, or on its own with your email and calendar. You stay in control of your client relationships.
Is my data safe? What about privacy law?
REALClarity is designed with Canadian privacy principles in mind, and I work within the privacy rules that apply where you practise:
- You own and control your data. REALClarity is not a CRM or a data broker.
- Data minimization by design. Workflows use only the information they need for the job.
- Clear responsibility. REALClarity works only at the direction of the REALTOR® or brokerage. You and your brokerage keep responsibility for client consent, supervision and record keeping.
I am happy to walk through exactly how your setup handles information on your free call.
Will anything go out to my clients without me seeing it?
Not by default. Workflows prepare drafts, lists and briefs, and you approve each one before it goes out. You post your own social posts and videos, so nothing goes up until you choose to post it. The only exception is one you explicitly opt into: for the never miss a lead workflow, you can ask for an automatic first reply while you are busy. You and I agree the wording, when it applies and its limits before it is switched on, and you can switch it off at any time. It is never switched on just because things are going well. Without that opt-in, lead replies wait for your approval like everything else.
How is REALClarity related to AI Professor?
AI Professor is my advice and training practice: the free REALTOR® Desk sessions, the free Workflow Check and the Desk-to-Done AI Assessment. REALClarity is the set of configured workflows for REALTOR®s, one way to deliver a digital employee. You do not need an assessment to choose a REALClarity Pro tier. What does setup include?
Setup is a one-time fee: $995 for Bronze, $1,495 for Silver and $2,495 for Gold, plus GST. I connect each workflow to your accounts, test it with you and show you how to review its work. The first ten founding clients pay $495 for Bronze setup.
How much is REALClarity Pro?
Bronze is $995 CAD setup plus $99 a month. Silver is $1,495 setup plus $195 a month. Gold is $2,495 setup plus $395 a month. All prices are plus GST. Third-party tools, such as an AI subscription, are billed separately by each provider. I'll confirm exactly which ones you need on your free call.
What happens in office hours?
Office hours are a live, recorded 45-minute online session every Thursday at 9 AM PT for all REALClarity Pro subscribers. I start with one new agent, tool or prompt, then answer your questions, with Gold questions answered first. Each session is added to a members' library, so you can catch up later. Because sessions are recorded, please keep client names and confidential details out of your questions. The free Tuesday REALTOR® Desk seminar stays open to everyone.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. You can move up to a higher tier at any time, and you pay only the difference between the two setup fees.
What if a new AI tool comes out that I want?
Bring it to office hours or ask me directly. If it's reliable and fits your work, I'll send you a short written plan and a fixed quote. You decide whether to go ahead.
Will you manage my website?
No. Silver content drafts give you posts and descriptions ready to paste into whatever website or tool you already use. I do not manage or rebuild your website.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. I do the setup. You need to be comfortable reading a draft and deciding whether it is right, which you already do every day.
