What REALTOR®s ask us.
Does REALClarity replace my CRM?
No. REALClarity does not replace your CRM. It works alongside the tools you already use, such as Follow Up Boss, LionDesk or kvCORE, or on its own with your email and calendar. You stay in control of your client relationships.
Is my data safe? What about privacy law?
REALClarity is designed with Canadian privacy principles in mind, and we work within the privacy rules that apply where you practise:
- You own and control your data. REALClarity is not a CRM or a data broker.
- Data minimization by design. Workflows use only the information they need for the job.
- Clear responsibility. REALClarity works only at the direction of the REALTOR® or brokerage. You and your brokerage keep responsibility for client consent, supervision and record keeping.
We are happy to walk through exactly how your setup handles information on your free call.
Will anything go out to my clients without me seeing it?
No. Workflows prepare drafts, lists and briefs. You check before anything goes out. For the never miss a lead workflow, we agree the wording and the rules together before it is switched on.
What does the $295 setup include?
Each REALClarity workflow is a one-time $295 CAD setup, plus GST, with no monthly fee. Our team connects it to your accounts, tests it with you and shows you how to review its work.
How much is REALClarity Pro?
Bronze is $695 CAD setup plus $49 CAD per month. Silver is $1,495 CAD setup plus $149 CAD per month. Gold is $2,495 CAD setup plus $595 CAD per month. All prices are plus GST. Third-party tool subscriptions are billed separately by each provider, and we will tell you which ones your setup needs before we start.
Will you manage my website?
No. The Silver content pack gives you drafted posts and descriptions ready to paste into whatever website or tool you already use. We do not manage or rebuild your website.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. We do the setup. You need to be comfortable reading a draft and deciding whether it is right, which you already do every day.
